Verstappen and Norris play padel together
23 May at 14:00

Whilst they might be competitors on the track, Max Verstappen and Lando Norris have become team mates on the court. Norris accepted Verstappen's request to play padel together, but unfortuantely the two didn't seem to have as much luck on the court as they usually do on track.

Following Sunday's race in Imola, Verstappen left a comment on Norris' Instagram post, suggesting there was no time to rest. Instead, it was time for the two drivers to hit the court and play a game of padel together.

Norris accepts Verstappen's request

Now, it seems that Norris accepted the Dutchman's request, and joined him on the court for a game of padel. However, when asked on a Team Redline Twitch stream how the pair got on, Verstappen replied: "We lost... We played together." For the world champion, it seems as if the game wasn't as fun as he had hoped for either. When asked if it was fun playing with the winners and fans, Verstappen laughed. "Not really, if I'm honest, I just lose."
