This driver replaces his engine ahead of the Chinese Grand Prix

Yuki Tsunoda has replaced his engine ahead of this weekend's Chinese Grand Prix in Shanghai. A total of four engines are allowed to be used per season without incurring a penalty, so the Racing Bulls team has taken advantage of this for the first time. The Japanese driver will drive the sprint weekend in China with a new engine after just one full Grand Prix weekend of the new season.
Tsunoda with a new engine in China
Formula 1 drivers will get three chances to change the combustion engine, turbocharger, MGU-H and MGU-K during the season in the pinnacle of motorsport, with a total of four power units used, including the engine the drivers start the season with. As a result, Tsunoda has taken advantage of this immediately after the first race.
The FIA shared a document before sprint qualifying in China that stated all this, with the Japanese driver the only driver to replace the engine, with all other drivers have more options left. If a driver has to change his engine more often than the allowed amount of four, a grid penalty will occur.
